Resolved Issues

- When editing an On-screen shortcut Radial menu in Wacom Center, the editing options (color, size, etc.) are no longer hidden after selecting an option that opens a new dialog box (Keyboard shortcut, Special keys, etc.)
- The F13-F24 Function keys now work as expected when assigned to an On-screen shortcut, ExpressKey, etc.
- Wacom Center will no longer crash if you launch it from the Windows system tray and then select the Mapping tool for the connected device.
